NOC Front Office engineers require in Bahrain

Job Description


  • Urgent, NOC Front Office engineers require in Bahrain,
  • Require JD major areas are highlighted below.
  • Experience not more than 5 years.
  • 1) Operation & Maintenance experience and hand zone Huawei equipment for Datacom/TXN nodes
  • 2) Alarm monitoring & NOC shift environment working experience
  • 3) Trouble ticket Management, Level 1 troubleshooting maintenance skills technical knowledge
  • 4) Coordinate activities of TXN/Datacom domain in resolving faults on the transmission network.
  • 5) Ensuring SOPs are being followed with proper update of activities to the line manager.
  • 6) Generate incident reports based on outages faced.
  • 7) Coordinate implementation of critical preventive or corrective maintenance on transmission entities in the transmission network.
  • 8) Maintain weekly and fortnightly reports related to the Network connectivity and TXN related activities.
  • 9) TT logging and following it up till closure.
  • 10) Coordinate implementation firmware/software upgrades on transmission equipment in coordination with vendor.
  • 11) Ensure timely escalation of abnormal equipment and NMS behavior to equipment vendor support teams and keep records of all correspondence.
  • 12) Knowledge transfer to team members. Ensure KPIs are met and generate reports for KPIs and all the trouble tickets.
